Purchases made at our facility just outside of Aberdeen, SD are subject to SD sales tax at a current rate of 4.5%. Any equipment delivered to a location within SD is subject to SD sales tax.
This applies to any customer; regardless of their place of residence - whether in-state or out-of state. SD taxes all equipment sales and offers no exemption for agriculture or ranch use unless the equipment is shipped out of state (see Out of State Purchases information below).
Equipment shipped to other states is subject to the applicable Sales or Use tax rate at the receiving location. Sales tax law varies from state to state. Some states give exemptions for ag or ranch use.
SD sales tax will not be assessed on equipment shipped out-of-state. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out if their purchase will qualify for an ag or ranch exemption within their state. Otherwise, applicable Sales or Use tax will apply at the shipping destination (call for more info).
Sales tax will only be exempted for out-of-state sales and for qualifying buyers who submit a completed SD Sales Tax Exemption form. View the SD Streamlined Certificate of Exemption

The entire risk as to the fitness and performance of said equipment is with the buyer. Once used equipment is sold, the buyer assumes all liability for any necessary servicing, repairs or other corrective means. Further, once purchased, the buyer is responsible for insuring said purchase against any kind of loss until the equipment leaves our location. Production year, usage hours and any options or accessories, if listed, are listed to the best of our knowledge and not guaranteed to be accurate. Any previous history of use, repairs or maintenance, if listed, is not guaranteed to be accurate.
In no event shall Arbor Pro Equipment be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Arbor Pro Equipment has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
